Hands-on cooking during class. Thai Spring Roll Demonstration This was filmed during my Thai cooking class day in Chiang Mai. I’m showing how I roll Thai spring rolls the way I teach them in class, nothing staged, just how it’s done. I talk through the filling, the rolling, and what I pay attention to with my hands. Once you get the feel for it, it becomes very simple.  Working through dishes in the kitchen. Mastering Thai cuisine happens through real-life cooking, tasting, and attention to detail. This video shows students tasting and adjusting Thai soup together at the end of cooking, learning how flavors dance through hands-on experience in a Thai kitchen.  Cooking together as the day unfolds.  Together in the garden before cooking begins.  At my demonstration station, ready to start the class.
