Today I enjoyed teaching a private Thai cooking class for two guests in Chiang Mai, Thailand.
We spent the morning exploring fresh ingredients, learning traditional techniques, and cooking authentic Thai dishes together. While I look forward to hosting larger Thai cooking experiences with people from all over the world,
private classes offer a more personal environment to connect with Thai food and its traditions.

Thai Secret Cooking Class - 2 May 2026 - Chiang Mai, Thailand

We completed and are plaiting one of Thailand’s most famous dishes, Thai green curry.

After fine-tuning this ancient Siamese cuisine, we moved on to our next step:
creating traditional Phat Kaphrao & Papaya Salad.
