Cooking Tom Yum Goong & Pad Thai Together in Chiang Mai
This class brought together a full group, with a mix of menus and
plenty of shared moments in the kitchen. 
A teaching moment from my Thai cooking class in Chiang Mai.
This was a larger 16-person class, and these two guests were the only half-menu students that day. I always make time for everyone, adjusting the class so each guest gets personal guidance, no matter the group size. By the end, there were a few confident smiles and some very ambitious chef jokes.
