I have over 20 years of experience teaching Thai cooking. I started cooking professionally at a young age and, over the years, refined my family recipes and national culinary treasures while working with seasoned professional chefs. I wake up every morning excited to meet and cook with people from around the world and from all walks of life. Sharing what I have learned with you and continuing to learn is the greatest gift.
