    We would like to provide you with transportation to and from our school; If you are staying within the downtown area or close to it we will pick you up directly from your accommodation.
    If you are staying outside of the downtown area we can arrange to pick you up from the
    “Tha Phae Gate” Mc Donald's at the Imm Hotel.

8:30 am ~ 9:00 am
 Pick you up from your down town accommodation or Tha Phae Gate.

9:15 am ~ 9:45 am
Local Thai market tour where we learn about and shop for ingredients.

10:00 am 10:15 am
Welcome Home!
Coffee and refreshment break.

10:15 am ~ 12:00 PM 
Out in our garden to pick fresh fruit and vegetables for today's cooking.
Cooking demonstrations, preparing your ingredients,  having a few laughs.
Time to cook our first Round!

12:00 PM
Lunch time and rest break.

12:45 PM
Second Round of preparation and cooking.

1:30 PM
Meal time and rest break
Say good by to the half day class, they sadly go home now.

2:00 PM ~ 4:00 ish
Continuing forward with our savory menu preparations.
 now we enter into the dessert menu!
