Was ein tolles Erlebnis, von May in die Kochkunst der Thailaendischen Kueche eingefuerht zu werden! Am Anfang des Kurses stand eine kulinarische Rundfahrt durch den lokalen Gemuesemarkt, gefolgt von einer Fahrt in den Aussenbezirk von Chiang Mai zu May und Jasons organischer Farm. Einen Teil der Zutaten konnte direkt in Mays Garten gepflueckt werden - noch frischer geht es nicht. May hat eine wunderbare Gabe das Kochen der absolut fantastischen Gerichte zum Erlebnis werden zu lassen - sie zeigt einem Tricks und Tips, dass die Gerichte dann auch zu Hause nachfollzogen werden koennen. Etwas was nach meiner Rueckkehr aus Thailand schon gleich in die Praxis umgesetzt wurde. Und zum Abschluss hatte sie dann noch ein ganz individuell angefertigtes Kochbuch fuer die Kursteilnemer. Ein wunderbarer Tag und ein ganz tolles Erlebnis - bestens zu empfehlen.

The course started with a culinary tour of the local vegetable market, followed by a drive to the outskirts of Chiang Mai to visit May and Jason's organic farm. Some of the ingredients could be picked directly from May's garden - it couldn't be fresher. May has a wonderful gift for making cooking the absolutely fantastic dishes an experience - she shows you tricks and tips that the dishes can then be reproduced at home. Something that was immediately put into practice after my return from Thailand. And at the end she had a completely individually prepared cookbook for the course participants. A wonderful day and a great experience - highly recommended.
