A delightful evening in our garden.

I am here to show you how easy and fun it is to cook authentic Thai dishes with fresh and local ingredients. I will share with you my experience of hosting a Thai cooking class at my home garden and workshop in Chiang Mai, Thailand. You will see how anyone can master the art and science of Thai cuisine with some guidance and practice.
I have been cooking Thai food for over 20 years, and I have learned from the best: my mother, grandmother, and aunties. And years of food service, hospitality and a lifelong restaurateur. Masters of life and cooking mentored experience and taught me the secrets of balancing flavors, using herbs and spices, and preparing sauces and curries. They also taught me how to grow and harvest my own vegetables, fruits, and herbs in our backyard. I love sharing my passion and knowledge with others who appreciate Thai food and culture.
That's why I decided to start my own Thai cooking class at my home garden and workshop. I wanted to create a cozy and friendly environment where people can learn, cook, and eat together. I also wanted to show them the beauty and diversity of Chiang Mai, the cultural capital of northern Thailand. Chiang Mai is famous for its temples, mountains, markets, and of course, our food.
My cooking class is suitable for beginners as well as experienced cooks. I will teach you how to make some of the most popular and delicious Thai dishes, such as Pad Thai, Tom Yum Soup, Green Curry, Mango Sticky Rice, and more. You will also learn how to use a mortar and pestle, a wok, a steamer, and other essential tools for Thai cooking. You will get to taste everything you make, and take home a copy of Thai Secret Cookbook and a certificate of completion.
The class starts at about 8:30 am and ends around 3:30 pm. It includes a visit to a local market where we will buy fresh ingredients for our dishes. We will then go back to my home garden and workshop, where we will cook in an open-air kitchen surrounded by nature. You will enjoy the view of the mountains and the sound of the birds while you cook. You will also get to see my organic vegetable garden, where I grow many of the herbs and greens that we use in our dishes.
You will get plenty of attention and assistance from me. You can book your spot online or contact me directly if you have any questions or special requests. The price is 1500 baht per person, which includes all the ingredients, equipment, transportation, lunch, drinks, snacks, recipes, and certificate. You can pay by cash or credit card on the day of the class.
I hope you are excited to join me for a day of cooking authentic Thai food at my home garden and workshop in Chiang Mai. It will be a memorable and rewarding experience that you will never forget. You will not only learn how to cook Thai food, but also make new friends and discover a new side of Thailand. Trust me, cooking authentic Thai food is easy and anybody can do it. All you need is some enthusiasm and appetite.
