Thai Cooking Party!

This was an exceptionally fun class! I Accidentally overbooked class on this day and was a record size for us. My Thai cooking class has been so popular the last few years. The fun challenge of organizing my reservations, juggling the last minute cancellations and last minute requests. I do my best to keep the class size at about 15 people or under not because we cannot handle more but I don’t want people to feel crowded. Fortunately, everybody had a positive and fun time and I think made some new friendships during the class. I like have a holiday dinner party atmosphere during my classes and am truly lucky to be able to have people from all over the world to help me celebrate.
Now with the current global situation I am revising and relaunching my private Thai cooking class menu and itinerary. Construction of my private Thai cooking school in the garden is under way and am so existed to have people over to enjoy that. I do enjoy having a big party with lots of people laughing and cooking in my kitchen so my regular class will still be an option. Many new and existing opportunities are blossoming out of this darkness.
